Contact for prioritisation of genes for targeting in EUCOMM
At this site you can reach a list of genes selected for conditional gene targeting in the EUCOMM project. We invite the scientific community to help prioritize the genes for targeted mutagenesis in ES cells from this list only. Genes of interest can be moved forward in the EUCOMM pipeline if you email us at eucomm@sanger.ac.uk and send the following information:
- Gene name
- Ensembl ID of gene
- Brief statement about importance of this gene for your research
- Your name and contact address
Ordering Products From EUCOMM
The following EUCOMM products are available:
- Gene targeting material: intermediate targeting vectors and targeting cassettes, final targeting vectors, targeted ES cells
- Gene trapping material: gene trap vectors, gene trapped ES cells
- Gene Trapped and Gene Targeted Mouse Lines
If the EUCOMM product you require is available, please download and complete a Product Ordering Form. Then email the completed form to eucomm.distributor@helmholtz-muenchen.de. You will then be sent a MTA and further information about obtaining your product.
